Business Central holds your accounts and posted transactions. The extension queues eligible transactions locally; a background job sends them through the HA integration server. The server manages facility credentials and communication with NTMP. No external request is made during the posting transaction.
Use one licensed facility per Business Central company for automatic synchronization. Account mappings are company-wide, and the posting integration selects the first facility whose onboarding is complete.
