Include these details
For a synchronization issue, provide:
- Business Central environment and company name.
- Installed extension version and Facility Code.
- Entry No. and Transaction No. from NTMP GL Sync.
- Submission Mode, Error Code, and Error Message.
- Approximate time of the problem and any related job queue error.
- Steps already tried, such as correcting credentials or retrying the record.
For an onboarding issue, include the step where it occurs and the exact error message. Remove API keys and facility secrets from any screenshot you send.
