Your first NTMP submission

Have your facility license number, access to the facility owner's portal, and the integration server details from HA Consultancy ready. The owner must approve the access request before you can finish onboarding.

Install and assign permissions

Install HA NTMP Connect and its HA base dependency. Assign NTMP_FINANCIAL_HAC to the users who configure and operate the integration. Enable the extension's outgoing HTTP requests.

Configure a test connection

Open NTMP Settings. Enter SERVER_URL, TENANT_ID, and API_KEY as supplied by HA Consultancy. Set DEFAULT_MODE to TEST before creating your validation postings.

Complete the onboarding wizard

Open NTMP Onboarding. Enter the facility license, request access, wait for the owner's approval, save the facility credentials, and pull the NTMP chart of accounts.

Map and activate the facility

In Chart of Accounts, fill NTMP Account No. for the accounts you will report. Include every account used together in those transactions. Run NTMP Mapping Complete and confirm the facility is Mapped - Complete.

Post and check a test transaction

In your validation company, post a balanced transaction using mapped accounts. Open NTMP GL Sync and confirm that the new row's Mode is Test. Choose Process Now, or wait for the scheduled job.

Confirm the result is Succeeded or review the error before proceeding. See monitoring.

Prepare for production

Finish reviewing test results and the facility's default currency. Set DEFAULT_MODE to PRODUCTION for future production postings, and verify the job queue is ready.

Test mode controls the NTMP submission; it does not undo or simulate a Business Central posting. Use a suitable validation company. Changing DEFAULT_MODE affects newly queued transactions only. It does not convert existing Test rows to Production, and Retry preserves their original mode.
